Caretaker Required Immediately - 160 Owners/30 Co-op Units/Amenities
Downtown East Side Strata in Vancouver requires a caretaker to oversee routine maintenance, repairs including boilers, sump pumps, electrical, fire testing, painting, gardening, pressure washing, systems checks, security cameras/issues, cleaning, garbage room and recycling. Coordinate contractors, obtain quotes, coordinate tenant requirements, oversee building bylaws and attend to infractions, oversee the cleaning duties performed by relief caretaker, attend to emergency calls.
Qualifications are to include minimum 2-3 years of experience as a caretaker, competent and knowledgeable in building systems and building maintenance, detail oriented and proactive, friendly, positive, good written and spoken communication in English.
