Maintenance Contract: Job Description - Janitor
"Jewel of the Kerrisdale Area"
Location: 2275 - 40th Ave, Vancouver, BC, V6M 1W7 - Strata Corporation VR86
Job duties, responsibilities and specifications:
1. Frequency: Twice per week
2. Duration: Two hours per event
3. To ensure that 200 sq ft in front of the main door (outside) is thoroughly cleaned.
4. To replace all light-bulbs; interior light fixtures and exterior light fixtures - common area
5. To clean front door and other exit doors ( common area )
6. To clean and vacuum the whole common area of the main floor, to clean glass and mirrors
7. To clean and vacuum elevator
8. To wash and vacuum both staircases (from garage level to the highest level of the building
9. To clean and vacuum all hall-ways on all levels of the building, including all light fixtures
10. To clean and vacuum entire garage area - including both storage lockers and utility rooms
11. To cooperate with Strata President
A. Subject to contract specifications: inventory and equipment
B. Subject to contract specifications: ice and snow removal
C. Subject to contract specifications: liability and insurance
D. Classification: Independent Contractor
E. Compensation: TBA
