As the Mogo People and Culture Advisor, you'll own full-cycle recruitment and onboarding across Canada, be the main HR point of contact for front-line staff and management and support a variety of engagement and organizational development projects. You'll report directly to the Director of People and Culture and work collaboratively with other Mogo-ites to align our people processes with corporate objectives. We're an all-hands-on-deck kind of company, so you'll have access to a range of opportunities!
Minimum Requirements
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or another related field.
• Currently working towards a CHRP designation.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience with a growing company.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including new hire orientations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment standards acts, provincial Human Rights Acts and other relevant federal and provincial legislation.
• Advanced MS Office skills, including Word, Powerpoint and intermediate Excel skills.
• Proven experience providing exceptional customer service to internal clients.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Track record of working positively with an HR team and cross-functional teams on a variety of projects and operational tasks.
• Ability to complete work independently while still escalating key issues or information.
• Demonstrated success solving problems and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
