Our client has expanded into North America with offices in both Vancouver & New York. The West Coast office in Vancouver is now looking to grow rapidly with experienced recruitment consultants. With a global database of clients and candidates, the agency has had phenomenal success placing candidates and working with clients in the supply chain, logistics and procurement job functions, in the verticals of pharmaceuticals, mining, heavy industry, retail and FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods).
Responsibilities
- Implement the 360 recruitment model i.e. all consultants source candidates and develop new business clients.
- Represent the company in a professional & ethical manner
- Develop productive, long-term client & candidate relationships
- Meet and hopefully exceed sales targets
- Miscellaneous administration functions to support main tasks of candidate sourcing and business development
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in a recruitment agency as a 360 recruiter.
- Undergraduate degree, ideally in a business-related field.
- Proven track record of recruitment success in a relevant vertical i.e. mining, pharma, heavy industry, FMCG.
- Alternative to a vertical focus, is a proven track record of recruitment success in the functional areas of supply chain, logistics or procurement roles.
- Driven, enthusiastic, sales-focused personality with an emphasis on consultative B2B sales technique and excellent customer service..

Another example is a relocation allowance, if looking to move to the Vancouver area, from say Toronto or Calgary.
If you meet the above requirements, a minimum base salary of $55,000 plus uncapped commissions is on offer, more depending on experience level and network.
