Market Research Company is seeking parents of children with hemophilia and adults with hemophilia.
We are interested in hearing from individuals who are interested in including their thoughts and experiences in our study regarding the management of this condition.
The questionnaire will take approximately 90 minutes to complete.
You will be sent an email with a link to the survey and you can log in at your convenience.
We would like to offer you an honorarium of $100.00 in appreciation for sharing your opinions.
There are no sales involved nor will you be contacted by any organization for your participation.
All responses will be kept strictly confidential.
