Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing first-class service to all customers, implementing structure and procedures in our support desk department, dealing with highly-technical issues and effectively communicating them to technical and non-technical users/partners/staff, identifying problems and presenting and implementing amicable solutions, and managing customer support queues.
Requirements
- Friendly, communicative personality
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a mid- or senior-level customer support position
- Bookkeeping knowledge
- Microsoft network support (mapped drives, shared printers, troubleshooting)
Nice-to-haves
- Business, bookkeeping, communications, or other applicable diploma or degree
Experience with:
- Crystal Reports
- Sage BusinessVision
- GAAP
- Medical office procedures
