IKC is looking for a Technical support person for our enterprise sales division. Candidates should have formal education and about 2-3 years’ experience in setup, supporting and servicing Tier 1 manufacturer's enterprise products. Candidates should also be experienced with working knowledge of supporting networks, servers and storage in a VMware environment.

Good communication skills and reporting procedures is a must.
