We are currently recruiting for a Full time Site Supervisor in Abbotsford, BC.
HOURS OF WORK
Monday to Friday, 830a-430p.
OVERVIEW
As a successful candidate you are a team leader and highly motivated individual. You are bilingual in French, customer service focused, highly reliable, have strong communication skills, and create a positive work environment. You will be required to successfully complete and obtain a criminal background and security clearance.
JOB PROFILE
• Bilingual receptionist duties which includes responding to telephone inquiries in both official languages and Switchboard operation.
• Building entrance security/escort of service workers and delivery persons;
• Receive and sort incoming mail and interdepartmental correspondence;
• Receive and log incoming deliveries. This could include data entry;
• Other possible data entry tasks once trained and client computer access obtained
REQUIREMENTS
• BST Training with a 75% pass mark to meet CGSB Standard;
• OFA 1 certified an asset;
• Bilingual in French;
• Previous security experience an asset;
• Ability to multitask and problem solve;
• Physically fit and able to demonstrate confidence around volatile individuals;
• Ability to handle stressful situations;
SALARY
$12.40 per hour
