GENERAL MANAGER
Steve Nash Fitness World is 17 clubs strong and growing -- we need professional, competent, and assertive individuals to help us grow even stronger. Applications for a General Manager position in one of our Metro Vancouver locations are now being accepted.
The ideal candidate has experience in sales, management, and working with the public. Computer skills (excel, word) are an asset.
Responsibilities Include:
o Hiring, training and supervision of membership representatives and front desk staff
o Ensuring the location meets company expectations for revenue and expenses
o Ensuring great member experiences
o Leading from the front: Both sell and work the front desk with the team.
o Maintenance of accurate records and reporting systems
Benefits:
o Compensation is based on salary, commissions, and bonus
o Extended medical / dental after 6 months full-time employment
