I.T. Support Specialist (Burnaby / Vancouver, BC, Canada )

The Red Pocket is rapidly expanding and we want you to be part of this exciting, fast-paced growth of e-commerce! We are redefining localized online advertising and social commerce, while building a solid company. In order to reach our goals, we're looking to hire ambitious, energetic individuals to join our Sales Team.
As part of our team you'll:
Be responsible for website maintenance and coordinate regular updates with website developer
Manage company's email system and initiates regular email campaigns
Take care of company executives' request for I.T. support
Maintain a good level of communications between company executives and website developer
Update social media marketing platform on a daily basis
Provide technical support (software and hardware) to company's management team
Make creative contribution to company's marketing campaigns
Provide graphic design assistance to promotion projects
We offer a solid base salary plus incentives and commissions.
We're looking for the best and brightest:
1-2 years of relevant experience
Post-Secondary Degree in Computing Science or equivalent experience
Excellent understanding of e-commerce related software and cloud applications, such as Basecamp, Salesforce, Mailchimp, GoDaddy, etc
Knowledge of website development, administration, and design
Familiarity with both Mac and PC operating systems
Excellent command of social media as marketing tools (Facebook, Twitter, Sina Weibo)
Outstanding verbal, written communication skills, and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
