Bird Dog Referrals needed- Mortgage (Vancouver & Lower Mainland)

Make $350.00 per referral for a legitimate mortgage funding.
Pass along only a name and contact information. When the mortage is funded and fees paid I will send you a cheque for $350.00
I don't pay anything until the mortage is completed and I'm paid by the lender.
I will not accept any other information except: name, phone, email. It is not legal for an unlicenced person to discuss any other mortgage information except contact details.
If you are presenting yourself to prospective clients as a broker or assistant and you are not registered; I will not deal with the referral or pay any money. I will report these activities to Financial Institutions Commission.
If you do need a mortgage yourself, I will rebate $350.00 from the commission paid by the lender.
I will place mortages with the lowest rate lender I have access to who will accept the deal. I will not bonus or secretly fee the file to make back the bird-dog fee.
If the deal requires a mortgage that charges fees, I will explain that in detail to the borrower, if the deal is accepted you will still get the $350.00
No personal information will be revealed to anyone who has no interest in the mortage transaction, including the referral source.
I will advise the borrower(s) in writing that a bird dog fee has been solicited and will be paid.
I have 15 years experience in the mortage industry, I do Conventional, CMHC/Genworth, and Private mortgages both first and seconds.
When contacting me use e-mail, provide your name & phone number and the borrowers info. I will return your call asap, the borrower will be advised you made the referral and will be compensated.
