Responsibilities: This position functions in a high volume environment with a broad range of IMAC request types. The position is responsible for meeting contractual service level requirements and service level objec-tives.
Note: depending on the eventual determination of the locations of the positions, relocation may be required dependant on the successful candidate's current place of residency.
