We are looking for a results-oriented RMA Technician who will install, configure, upgrade, troubleshoot, and repair personal computers, compatible hardware, and PC operating systems. The ideal candidate will have related experience in a retail environment. Successful candidates will be able to maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure consistent productivity and quality of service. In-Store Technicians play a vital role in providing an interface between our customers and our organization. Responsibilities
• Assemble computer systems
• Coordinate the repair of computer systems, components, and other hardware
• Assist customers with their technical support and RMA requests
• Assist with the complete solution of product sales, upgrades, installations, and technical service in the store
• Configure and troubleshoot networking and Internet connectivity
• Communicate with customers and arrange service appointments
Qualifications
• Experience with customer contact in a service environment
• Previous experience as a PC technician
• Ability to assemble, troubleshoot, and test PCs and PC components
• Shine in customer service
• Stellar problem solving skills
• Ability to effectively respond to interruptions, prioritize, and multitask in a busy retail service environment
• High school or equivalency required. College degree in related field preferred.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred
