IT Helpdesk / Technical Support (Tumbler Ridge)

Requirements / Responsibilities
• Provide desktop technical support in a Windows based environment
• Provide server maintenance in a Windows based environment
• Provide maintenance of the network
• Document IT processes
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of Microsoft based support
• Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• A technical certificate from an accredited institution is required.
• Current MCSE, MCSA, A+ and CCNA certification are considered strong assets
• Broad understanding of technologies an asset
• Able to work independently
• Excellent Customer Service
• Excellent written and verbal communication is essential to this role.
