Job Description:
The person selected to fill this position will take a hands on approach to developing
Monexa's core application architecture. This person will balance the long term goals of the
codes base while ensuring that client's needs are met today. This person will also provide
guidance to the team on efficient and maintainable code.

Responsibilities:
? Designing major aspects or the architecture of the application, including components such as middleware and infrastructure.
? Providing technical leadership to the application development team while also participating with hands on development efforts.
? Performing design and code reviews
? Ensuring that uniform corporate design standards are maintained
? Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure architecture is aligned with business requirements
Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
? Minimum of 10 years industry relevant experience.
? Familiar with agile development methods.
? Experience in an architectural role in an object oriented environment.
? Excellent oral and written communications and interpersonal skills.
? C, C++, Java, Oracle.
? Extensive Unix systems development experience.
? Experience with billing systems, subscriber management and payment processing an asset.
