We are currently seeking to expand our senior team with the addition of a top software development director. We are a young and innovative organization that has very high operating standards and requires an entrepreneurial business minded individual to complete our senior team. We are motivated daily by how our customers use our software; we develop breakthrough ideas and stay on the cutting edge of enterprise technology.

You will be reporting directly to the President in this role and will be the team lead for the developers. You will be an expert in software development and project management.
Core Responsibilities:
• Mentoring, project management and business acumen
• Overseeing an expanding team of ten+ talented developers, working with them to ensure timely deliverables, and helping to create a creative work environment, challenging them to develop new and cutting edge technology.
• Evaluating our current technology status and in conjunction with the team define a technology strategy that reinforces our superior customer care.
• Preside over a software development plan that moves our organization into the future, ensuring growth.
• Function as a senior account liaison, addressing elevated client issues and concerns.
• Direct a succinct team, one that works cohesively as a highly regarded development team in our industry.
Sitting on the Senior Management team, the Director of Development will contribute to our overall vision, and work at creating new lines of business and assist in driving these visions forward.
A top communicator and a seasoned people manager will be necessary traits in this role.
Best suited to a business minded visionary leader that has a minimum of seven years in the development sphere and with five years of relevant management experience.
