Newspaper Dropsite Assistant (West Vancouver)

Newspaper Dropsite Assistant wanted. Applicants must:
- live on or close to the North Shore
- drive a small, fuel efficient, newer model car
- be a confident, experience driver capable of maneuvering in tight spaces at night
- learn quickly, and work efficiently and independently
- be organized and detail-oriented
- be able to work 7 days a week between 2 am to 7 am daily (actual times will vary day-to-day. if everything is running smoothly (ie: no down routes), dropsite assistant would normally be finished by 4:00-4:30 am weekdays or 5:00-5:30 weekends)
Job responsibilities include:
- unloading bundles of newspapers from a truck
- assisting the dropsite manager in setting up and clearing the dropsite
- daily delivery of newspapers to north shore residential areas
- assisting with down routes (routes without carriers) as circumstances dictate
