NHP Consulting Inc. is currently looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team of highly acclaimed research and regulatory consultants in the natural health products industry.
Who we are:
NHP Consulting provides natural health product (nhp) regulatory consulting services for the Canadian market. Our core service is providing Product Licence Applications (PLA's) for nhp's, which are the preliminary steps for obtaining product licenses. We have successfully helped hundreds of companies worldwide launch their natural products onto the Canadian marketplace - including energy drinks, weight loss supplements, herbal tinctures, multi-vitamins and topical skin products. Job description:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the OA:
• Creates and modifies documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Researches, prices, and purchases office furniture and supplies (Staples, Monk, etc.)
• Collects and maintains inventory of office supplies.
• Supports staff in assigned project based work.
• Other duties as assigned.

• The ideal candidate is a great communicator, a go-getter, and a team player and must be detail-oriented. This position requires flexibility, stability, accountability and responsibility. The ideal candidate can work under pressure and tight deadlines, thrives in stress and has a healthy sense of humour.
• This job is ideal for a college/university student looking for a part-time position.
Qualifications:
• High School Graduate (preference will be given to students in a post-secondary institution)
• Previous office experience an asset
• Computer literate (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
• Native or native-like fluency in English required.
• A good sense of humour
• Preference will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents
Training will be provided.
Location: Silver Springs (NW) area of Calgary, AB
Work setting: Home office, business casual attire required. The office operates Monday-Friday 9-5PM. This is a part-time/ on call position, estimated to require between 5-10 hours per week. Flexible schedule available.
Wage: $10/hr paid biweekly
