Companion Type Position (West Vancouver)

Hiring for long term part time work. Flexible hours for Elderly Companion type work. Will provide some training to the right candidates. Common sense required. Care Home setting, previous work with the elderly are essential, specifically dementia and Alzheimer’s etc.
Own transportation an asset but not required. Excellent command of the English language; a 2nd language is an asset. Looking for 1 day a week to start and moving to 4-5 days in a month, somewhat flexible hours for the right candidate)
Having a variety of interests is helpful. Massage, Healing Touch, Music, Singing and Movement or dance. This is not a companion or care aid position, however….similar skills are needed as well as the above mentioned interests.
Retired and needing some part time $$.
Single Parents wanting some partime day shifts
New to the job market and wanting some experience.
This is hands on experience.
No telemarketing or sales required.
