With over 30 years of property management service, we have successfully grown and expanded throughout BC and Alberta and are now on the verge of further growth.
Position - Front end Reception
Duties:
- Answer telephone and forward telephone calls and messages
- Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person
- Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Set up and maintain filing system
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Clerical duties: data-entry, faxing, photocopying
Your Ideal Qualifications:
- Secretarial Diploma or certificate
- Some clerical work experience
- Customer service experience an asset
- Experience as a secretary
- Proficiency in MS Office
MUST SPEAK PUNJABI/HINDI
