full time Administration Assistant (Vancouver)

at Human Resources in Vancouver

We are currently seeking experienced Administration Assistants for various roles with at least 2-3 years of solid administrative experience. These are temporary assignments that vary in length and are usually extended.

Responsibilties/Positions available:
+Reception/Front Desk
+Database management
+Executive assistant/Office management – Managing calendars – Booking meetings, flight/travel arrangement – Minute taking – Accounting – Budgets – Drafting letters/correspondence

Skills/Qualifications
-At least 2-3 years of solid office experience
-Must be able to type at least 45wpm
-Excellent knowledge of Word/Excel
-Good attention to detail
-Excellent communication skills

  • Please note, you will be tested in-house for MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook), typing and data entry
  • 2 professional work references required
