Requirements
Applicants must be enthusiastic, customer service oriented, positive individuals with exceptional communication abilities and multi-tasking skills.
• Cantonese / Mandarin and English.
• Provide high quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Answer, screen and redirect phone calls via the phone system.
• Assisting data entry as required.
• Set up / schedule appointments.
• Providing administrative support.
• Managing mail, email, couriers, fax.
• Filing.
• Ability to use computer / MS office
