Part time Telephone Interviewer - Market Research (Downtown Vancouver)

CRC Research, a national market research firm, has openings in the call centre. The position we are hiring for is telephone interviewer/recruiter. Please review the job description below and reply to us with confidence.
Job Description:
As a Part-Time Recruiter, with a possibility of full-time hours, you will be primarily responsible for inbound/outbound calls to registered respondents for upcoming paid market research studies. You will need to ensure all respondents meet the criteria as outlined in a screening process, booking the respondents, and updating the database. This is not a telemarketing position.
The ideal candidate must have:
? Bilingual and/or Call centre experience is an asset
? Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
? Ability to problem solve and prioritize work load
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with respondents and colleagues
? Ability to interpret respondents requests, solve problems and resolve respondents’ concerns
? Excellent Computer skills
? Ability to prioritize a multitude of tasks
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office
? Enjoy a fast paced environment with little supervision
? A positive energy as a team player
