The roles of the recruitment officer are:
• Solid understanding of business of company
• Use proactive recruitment methods to build a team of 100 people ( ongoing process )
• Report recruitment progres to Marketing director on daily basis
• Attend in house training and workshops
Requirements:
• Ability to prioritize activities.
• Self motivated with high level of independence.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Excellent written and oral communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen.
