Stand Alone HR Coordinator: Immediate Start

Solly’s Bagelry is a small family run business with employing around 50 people over 3 sites within Vancouver.

This is a stand alone HR generalist role in a fast paced food manufacturing environment. In this role you are responsible for all areas of HR spectrum including full recruitment cycle, performance management, payroll processing, and maintaining staff records.

This is a Customer Facing role, based in the bagelry, which reports directly to the CEO of the company.

Key Skills:

• Ability to work under own initiative without direct supervision
• Previous experience in a stand alone HR role
• Previous experience in a manufacturing/ fast paced environment

• Excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with people at all levels of the business.
