We are currently seeking a junior-level Administrative Assistant who would also have duties in HR, Accounting and Marketing. This is a very busy role, and the successful candidate would posses the following skills:
- Excellent Organizational skills
- The ability to multitask and handle many projects at once
- Experience with Simply Accounting and Ceridian Payroll is preferred
- Excellent technical skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Typing speed of 75+wpm
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Payroll
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Providing HR Assistance to Senior HR Professionals
- Creating brochures and marketing material
- Designing PowerPoint Presentations
- Providing reception relief
