Senior HR Generalist for Resources Company (Downtown)

Staff Systems is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Generalist for their client, an established global resources company located downtown. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR business partner who is interested in joining a professional and reputable team in this newly created role.
As the Senior HR Generalist, you will be accountable for ensuring a high standard of HR service delivery to the employees in Vancouver. You will also work collaboratively with HR colleagues across the business on a range of HR initiatives.
You will directly support the HR Strategy through the following core accountabilities:
- Planning and delivering HR processes
- Coordinating and ensuring delivery of Global Mobility services
- Providing assistance and advice to managers and employees on a range of HR issues, including recruitment, performance management, employee development and remuneration
- Leading and coordinating the annual performance and salary review processes
Our client is seeking an individual who is eager to collaborate, embrace challenges and build ‘win-win’ relationships. Degree qualified and ideally with operations experience you will have a strong generalist background with expertise across all key HR functions. Previous experience in the resources industry is a large asset as is experience working for an international company.
