Manager, Information Services & Business Transformation Services

Position Highlights:
The IS Enterprise Solutions Department has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Information Services and Business Transformation Services.
• Establish roles, responsibilities and deliverables with internal customers
• Develop and maintain a consolidated budget for development related hardware, software purchases and associated support agreements
• Manage and develop interdepartmental relationships and resolve issues and escalate as required
• Review and monitor overall IS Divisional plan from a tactical perspective
• Accountable for the maintenance of the components of the business process
• Participate in all vendor engagements and negotiations.
• Understand /Document road map for supported vendor tools and plan changes/upgrades
• Develop and maintain Sustainment Model for department keeping a three year outlook for growth and support needs
• As required, provide first point of contact and support to initiatives and projects on the current year ISD divisional plan.
Position Requirements:
• Dynamic and innovative leader, capable of building and maintaining strong and effective relationships as well as affect change from a position of influence
• Excellent communicator, able to clearly present complex information through the spoken and written word
• Collaborative personality to engage and work with senior staff members to strategize and plan the growth of use of the tools supported by the department
• Knowledge of industry trends, developments, standards, best practices and tools in applications and systems development
• Knowledge of relevant corporate information technology strategy, infrastructure, environment and architecture.
• Knowledge of corporate project life cycle, relevant corporate computer systems and applications
• Knowledge of the principles and practices of project management
• Knowledge and experience in administering service and licensing agreements with vendors, contractors and consultants.
• Experience managing medium to large scale IS development and integration projects
• Knowledge of quality assurance best practices for project management and IS solution development and integration
• Strong Leadership and planning skills to determine and collaborate on the roles/responsibilities within ISD and business areas for newly supported tools and skill sets.
