Our Business Transformation Business Consulting team has an amazing opportunity for a Senior Business Advisor to join its ranks!
In this position, you will provide specific strategic level business analysis services to ensure the delivery of business solutions that meet customer objectives and supports the evolution of the business analysis practice and champion the methods and techniques of the practice to customers and partners. Another key element of this role is to provide mentorship and training to business analysts.
Position Requirements:
The successful candidate will have significant knowledge of the core business analysis methods and techniques as well as their practical application. An ability to provide strong conceptual models to support the clients' vision and provide structure for solution development is critical. You must be a skilled facilitator and communicator who will listen to your customers. Out of the box, analytical thinking, an open mind, and the willingness to challenge conventional thinking are important traits for this role. Candidates must be willing to learn, always looking for opportunities to develop their skills and evolve their knowledge.
Applicant should have a minimum of five (5) years related experience combined with an appropriate undergraduate degree and business training.
