One of the largest National Monitoring Services Provider is growing again!
We require the services of an individual, must speak Mandarin, Cantonese and “fluent” English to work, overnight (11pm-7am) including weekends
Looking to make a difference each and every day?. Maybe even save a life? Join our team serving our clients coast to coast across North America in our Central Station.
Receive and place emergency and non-emergency requests for Police, Fire, or Emergency Medical or other Services. Obtains relevant information and processes data. Evaluates and prioritizes calls for dispatches and responders. Types logs and maintains data responding both to signals displayed in priority and calls received. Page, dispatch or call appropriate parties, maintaining operating logs and records. Ensure timely and effective response with much communication over the telephone and computer.
We are seeking an individual who is career minded to work as an Alarm Operator, with a great telephone manner, customer service skills and a desire to grow with us!, Group insurance plan, close to public transportation and a “very” competitive compensation package. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, be reliable and punctual.
