Our client, the leading corporation in the manufacturing print industry, currently has an opening for an Inside Customer Service Rep to join their dynamic team on part time basis.
The part time hours are 7am-12pm OR 11am-3pm Monday to Friday.
This is NOT a call centre setting.
KEY JOB SUMMARY:
As a Customer Service Rep you are responsible for providing solutions to clients, building relationships with existing clients, order entry, quality control follow up and overall being a consultant to customers.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mmaintain good working relationship with the company’s long term clients
Provide product knowledge and problem solve
Consult corporate and chain clients
Order-entry and follow up
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of two years related customer service experience is required for this role …(ideally in a Business to Business setting, however, this is flexible)
Experience with CRM systems is a strong asset
