Sales and Marketing Clerk ((Richmond))

Talent Technology is a software company supplying the HR and Recruiting Industries world wide from our Richmond B.C. Headquarters.
Our Company is growing! Our marketing department requires someone to provide detailed data entry and clerical support tasks in aid of acquisition, cleansing and use of potential customer and market information.
This is a full time permanent role, offering competitive salary, plus full benefits, and growth potential. Working hours are 9-530 M-F with some flexibility.
Duties:
• Extremely detailed and repetitive data entry tasks in a “quality first” environment.
• Processing lists and cleaning and importing data into the marketing database – using spreadsheets and simple database tools.
• Processing incoming leads and customer responses while meeting service deadlines.
• Working with CRM Data Specialist on list creation, use, and reporting tasks.
• Conducting programmatic and ad hoc market-based web research to source contacts and validate them by phone.
• Other administrative tasks, as required.
Qualifications/Experience:
Previous data entry and excel spreadsheet experience is a MUST.
You should also have:
• Good keyboarding skills, phone manner, be able to work independently, and be very detail oriented.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) and web applications, and be able to pick up additional marketing database applications on the fly
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal English language skills
Desired Education: Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Direct Marketing, or a related discipline, or similar experience
