Full Time clerk / receptionist (South Surrey / White Rock)

Pacific Customs Brokers is seeking an additional full time general office clerk. Duties include filing, sorting, document retrieval, and other general office tasks. Another component of this position would be answering and directing calls from a multiple-line switchboard.
This position is five days per week, generally Monday-Friday from approximately 8 am 4 pm. However, you may be required to adjust shifts to afternoons or graveyards on short notice. Pacific Customs Brokers operates 24/7/365, so flexibility with time is necessary. This is a great opportunity for local member of the community with a flexible schedule. Workforce re-entrants also welcome.
Applicant must have:
- MS Office experience
- Excellent time management
- Great organization skills
- Experience with multiple-line switchboard a definite asset
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English
We are located at the US/Canada border crossing (176th Street and 1st Avenue) in South Surrey/White Rock. Public transportation is not available to this location.
