Customer Service and Logistics Administrator
We are looking for an energetic and highly professional individual as a Customer Service and Logistics Administrator for our fast-growing and entrepreneurial dental technology company based in Downtown Vancouver.
The successful candidate must be a multi-tasker, be inherently positive and have a “can-do” attitude. You will be joining hard-working, bright and supportive team members counting on you to do an excellent job. You MUST have strong work ethic and thrive with minimal direction. Problem solving and time management skills are a must with a calm, independent and professional demeanor. You naturally derive great satisfaction for a job well done.
Duties include maintaining and enhancing our client relationships with prompt and professional telephone and email care, data entry and daily processing, receiving and shipping of high priority dental and medical devices, and improving and developing our business and quality practices. Hours are 7am-4pm
The ideal candidate will have some post-secondary education, minimum 2 years of customer service experience in an environment where the customer comes first, a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, web based applications, PC and Mac OS experience. Fluency in spoken French would be a valuable asset. Dental office or technology experience also an asset.
You MUST have superb verbal communication skills and be a contributor in a “family” and good-natured work environment. You are a natural learner and are a “quick-start” and enjoy the challenge of always learning.
