PART-TIME FASHION DESIGN COMPUTERIZED PATTERN DRAFTING INSTRUCTOR (DT-Vancouver)

LaSalle College, an Accredited Design College in downtown Vancouver has an opening for a part time Fashion Design Computerized Pattern Drafting instructor for the January 2010 term.
Courses:
• Computerized Pattern Drafting –understanding and working knowledge of Pattern Drafting and Computer Illustrations. The software program is Master Pattern Design (PAD).
Responsibilities
• Prepare instructing materials and outline for the course
• Deliver instruction to meet course objectives
• Provide regular feedback to students on their progress
• Evaluate students’ progress
Education and Experience
• Degree, Diploma or Certificate relating to the area of instruction
• Two or more years industry and/or instructional experience related to field of instruction
Winter Term- January 11, 2010 to April 23, 2010
Hours: 3 hours per week, 15 weeks
Location: Downtown Vancouver
