Assistant Camera Operator (Richmond)

Leadlife Enterprise Inc. is looking for a full-time Assistant Camera Operator (NOC 5222).
Job duties:
• Maintenance and care of the camera, as well as preparing dope sheets?
• Assist the camera director and director of photography in setting up cameras, loading films, pulling focus for motion picture cameras, setting up lights, measuring lights;
• Apply or remove any accessories (lenses, filters, matte boxes and external viewing monitors);
• Manipulate photographic images on computers;
• Confer with clients regarding optical effects requirements and production problems;
• Review and approve finished optical effects.
Location of Job: 918 - 5300 No. 3 Road, Richmond BC V6X 2X9
Requirements:
- Completion of a college or technical program in broadcasting, film production or a related field
- Creative and technical ability, as demonstrated by a portfolio of work and experience
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese
