Greenhouse Leadhand/ Seeding line production (Aldergrove)

Looking for 3 people with good teamwork skills who have an eye for detail. Basic Horticulture knowledge is a must, diploma program would be an asset. Leadhands must have general seeding knowledge or past experience. Must understand the basics of watering, propagation, fertilizing and germination. Hours start out two days a week in December and gradually will increase into full time from January to July. Then part time for the remainder of the year. These people have to be able to keep detailed records, imput paperwork, supervise crews of three to five people and be responsible for meeting daily duties of staff. Apply to mruttancvg@gmail.com
