Full-time position available immediately in a dynamic, upbeat accounting firm. We are looking for a person who possesses excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be a motivated and responsible person capable of overseeing day-to-day office operations.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
Good oral & written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications & the internet
Ability to learn how to use new computer programs or office equipment
Ability to maintain confidentiality of our clients
Minimum 2 years experience in administrative positions
Polished professional presence & phone etiquette
Friendly & positive demeanour
Ability to speak Spanish fluently is considered to be an asset but not mandatory
