Bilingual Executivive Assistant (Protuguese) (Vancouver)

The role of the EA is one of which requires you to be 100% fluent in your oral and written communication in English and Portuguese.
Duties:
1. 60% will be scheduling and coordinating a high volume of travel arrangements
2. Proofreading, inserting diagrams and ensuring that documents look professional and ready for clients
3. Booking boardroom and ensuring that all the necessary arrangements have been made for the day(catering, technical or other arrangements)
4. Ordering & maintaining office & kitchen supplies
5. Other duties as required
Skills:
1. Must be fluent in English & Portuguese (written & Oral)
2. Minimum 5 years experience in an EA role with coordinating a high volume of travel arrangements
3. Advanced MS Word, Excel
4. Experience with proofreading, and making documents look professional.
5. Excellent attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines
6. Take iniciative, work well on your own and with a team
7. A can do attitude
8. Excellent organizational skills
