Raymond James Ltd. is seeking an experienced Sales Assistant to fulfill a 7 month contract in our Cathedral Place branch. This position will assist Financial Advisors whose focus is on excellence in client service.

Drawing on previous experience as a Licensed Sales Assistant in a financial services firm, you will be responsible for processing and following-up security transactions and transfers, handling incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients, responding to requests for information, and providing outstanding service to Financial Advisors and clients. You will also be involved in preparing correspondence and reports, servicing clients’ general day-to-day requests, maintaining broker files and other general office duties.
A self-motivated individual with exemplary organizational skills and a dependable nature, you bring to the role:
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook);
• Experience with Dataphile and Thomson One is an asset;
• Excellent interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills;
• Meticulous attention to detail;
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and tasks;
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills;
• Post-secondary qualifications;
This is a temporary full-time position with a competitive compensation and attractive benefits package.
