Controller

Are you an accountant who is highly organized, detailed oriented, and enjoys a challenge? This position for a non-profit organization maybe made for you.

Qualifications:

• Accounting Degree or equivalent
• 5 to 7 years previous work experience in an accounting department or private practice
• Full cycle accounting experience including reconciliations, budgeting, payroll, supervision, receivables, payables, and government filings.
• Ability to prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements and related schedules that are ready for Tax Accountant Review
• Good working knowledge of both MAC and PC/Windows computer environments
• QuickBooks, Excel, Word
• Good communication skills
• Neat, legible written work
• Flexible nature

• Audit experience for a non profit a definite benefit
