Do you possess Accounts Payable experience and looking to enhance your skills in an environment with excellent training and support?
This large dynamic company is seeking a great, team oriented individual to join their Accounts Payable department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenges of Accounts Payable looking to work with a large supportive team in their fast paced department.
Responsibilities:
- High volume data entry of invoices and payments of suppliers (aprox. 300 weekly)
- Matching PO’s
- Coding of invoices per business unit
- Processing weekly cheque runs
- Reconciliation of accounts and vendor statements
- Processing credit applications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year experience of high volume Accounts Payable, strong data entry skills, ability to prioritize workload, have a great attention to detail, and possess a team oriented mentality and help others whenever needed.
