Position : Systems Integrator
Status : Full Time Position

DESCRIPTION:
This highly varied role will require your participate in all aspects of the IS/IT team. From application installation and support of desktops, to back end server and infrastructure needs. This role is unique in that you will work in both a Mac and Windows environment. The ideal candidate must have a keen interest in evolving technology trends, will be highly organized and willing to adapt to changing needs.
QUALIFICATION:
You will have:
• Diploma in the field of Information Technology
• 2 - 3 years related experience within a service based industry
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
• Strong time management skills, along with well developed analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with both Max OS desktop/servers and Windows based desktop/servers (XP, 2003, 2008)
• Good working knowledge of user environments, applications, software, hardware, networking and operating systems, including hands on experience with Blackberry, printers, scanners and AV/boardroom technologies.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• Candidates must be able to work on site or remotely (over the phone) and must be available on a 7 x 24 x 365 basis for systems support/consultation.
• Experience with help desk based ticket/tracking systems
• Energetic, dynamic and enjoy finding solutions to new challenges
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
