Position Title: Software Developer
Duration: Permanent
Reports to: Network Manager
Department: Information Technology
Location: Vancouver
Position Summary: Reporting to the Network Manager. This talented .net software developer will work in a dynamic and challenging environment where they will develop in-house applications using C# and ASP.net.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the Software Developer, but not limited to:
• Develop in-house applications using C# and ASP.net.
• Maintaining web-based content management applications
• Maintenance & feature development for the company web page
• Evaluation of workflow in other departments across the company to identify areas that can be automated
• Other duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 6 months working in the Collections / 3rd Party Industry
• 3-5 years of working experience in C# Development
• You have strong interpersonal communication skills with an effective ability to communicate both orally and written in English
• Experience of full development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, implementation, test and roll out.
• Demonstrated strong technical expertise in an Object Orientated Programming language, preferably C# or ASP.net
• Experience with technical assessment in C# and ASP.net
Salary & Compensation: Commensurate with experience
