The Opportunity
Contemporary Security Canada (CSC), an integrated team of local and international experts, will provide security screening services for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.

To support the security screening services contract, CSC is seeking a Full Time Customer Service Agent for our Hiring Centre.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide Administration Support for day-to-day activities of the Recruitment and Training Centre
• Front of house greeting and responding to general candidate enquires
• Build relationships with other functional area administrative assistants
• Support in the hiring process
• Answering phones
Provide support to others within the organization
• Prepare written correspondence, including: general correspondence, reports, letters and contracts
• Ensure ongoing accessibility to departmental information by appropriate internal and external parties
General administrative duties
• Filing, faxing and photocopying
• Establish and/or maintain tracking systems (ex. office supplies)
• Assist with various projects as required, including but not limited to research, documentation, report compilation, and preparation, etc.
Any other duties as may be required to ensure optimal delivery of the project
Critical Skills and Competencies:
• Ability to manage numerous projects and/or tasks at the same time
• Highly Organized
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines
• Initiative (proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented)
• Energetic, enthusiastic and a willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
