Team Lead - Customer Contact Centre

Key Responsibilities
As a Team Lead you would be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of a team of part-time and full-time agents. Key aspects of the role are as follows:
• Provide your team the leadership and management needed to excel at their work
• Drive exceptional customer service
• Support stores and their staff in the delivery of customer service

In addition, there is lots of opportunity to work with senior management, take on new initiatives, and advance your career!

Additional Information
Multiple positions are available at this time. The position entails 30 to 40 hours per week. We are currently recruiting for the following location:
• Burnaby (located near the Gilmore SkyTrain station)

Earnings are up to $32K per year (based on full time hours) plus bonus eligibility! In addition, a subsidized comprehensive benefit plan is provided.

Requirements
• Call centre experience
• Ability to quickly learn computer applications and phone system functions
• Ability to learn and maintain product and promotion knowledge
• Positive attitude and great customer service skill set
• High school diploma is required; post-secondary education is an asset
