Customer Service Associate
Cymax Stores Inc is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our growing, dynamic team in the fast-paced online retail industry. We are one of the most reputable and fastest growing E-Commerce corporations in North America with more than 120 Online Stores that feature Home and Office Furnishings and Decor. We are looking for goal oriented, self motivated, accountable and committed individuals to join our team. Key Accountabilities / Activities:
• Receive orders from customers by telephone, complete outbound calls and email correspondence.
• Create a positive customer experience by understanding and meeting service transaction needs quickly, professionally and accurately.
• Take ownership of customer challenges, troubleshoot and take the appropriate steps to resolve the problem.
• Identify client needs and sales opportunities while processing orders quickly and providing efficient service.
• Liaise with partnering companies and internal departments to gather and respond to requested information in a timely manner.
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to retain knowledge of products and service guidelines
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Call Centre or transferable Customer Service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented and possesses excellent computer skills
• Friendly and professional phone manner
• A team player with a warm personality and positive attitude
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Be assertive and proactive when completing tasks
Technical Requirements:
• In-depth experience with Internet (Web and email);
• Experience with computers (MS Office) Word, Outlook
