full time French Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Delta, BC)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Inside Customer Service
• Handle “gaps” in internal Supply Chain replenishment processes as needed for customer fulfillment
• Perform work routines opposite key customers and products
• Develop & execute targeted service performance and metrics

Customer Service
• Ensure 100% of customer demand is translated on an order
• Ensure efficient order processing into IT order management systems
• Maintain data integrity of SKU’s, order management flags, customer records, and order processes

Demand Planning
• Drive forecast accuracy & input into Logility system
• Eliminate current activities related to order management, order tracking, and product availability

Specific Responsibilities include:
• Review of daily reports of items not shipped
• Tracking of orders not shipped
• Filing and updating of daily records and reports
• Advise customers/sales reps of back-order status
• Log shipping problems into ICI Customer Service Database to track warehouse and carrier concerns
• Process product returns and cancelled orders
• Relate invoice concerns to credit department
• Special projects as assigned
• Backup for Shipping and Receiving as needed

Qualifications (i.e., Skills/Knowledge/Education/Experience):
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Supply Chain
• Extensive knowledge of logistics department operations including an understanding of the flow of freight and associated documentation.
• Excellent communication skills; customer service skills; and organization skills
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines and be detail oriented.
• Excellent computer skills for PC (Excel, Word, email, COE, etc.)
