Export Documentation Administrator (Burnaby)

My Client is a busy and rapidly expanding food manufacturer and distributor located in Burnaby.
We currently have an urgent need for an Export Documentation Administrator on a temporary basis for about 6 weeks.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure all shipping documentation is complete and accurate
• Manage the organisation and flow of documentation within the organisation
• Liaise with internal stakeholders as well as Customs Brokers and Freight Forwarders to resolve shipping issues
Requirements:
• 2 years experience processing export documentation ideally in a food distribution/manufacturing environment
• Good autonomous problem-solving skills
• Strong work ethic with the dedication to "go the extra mile" and find ways to help
