Established in 1982, Great Little Box Company is a leading manufacturer of corrugated boxes, protective packaging, folding cartons, shipping supplies and labels. We make almost anything a company needs to package and ship their products.

General Duties and Responsibilities
• Primarily responsible for ensuring optimal outbound logistics.
• Pro-actively seeking out opportunities to eliminate waste within the current transportation methods, increasing efficiencies, and ensuring delivery standards are met.
• Managing a determined shipping team, while professionally interacting with sales, customer service and manufacturing operations.
• Maintaining our own local fleet via a maintenance program and ensuring all equipment is meeting DOT regulations and all insurance/inspection documentation.
Qualifications and Skills:
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics or dispatching-related operation.
• A self-starter and an agent for change.
• A good team player with proven leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid PC skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Preference given to CITT designates
• Level 2 or higher First Aid ticket is an asset.
